Delivery Time and Terms
The price of the bouquet does not include delivery within Latvia, but even with delivery included, our price for the flowers will still be lower than that of other bouquet delivery companies. The quality of our products and flower delivery throughout Riga and Latvia will satisfy our customers 100%!
Delivery Date and Time
In some cases, payment systems may delay the sending of the order payment confirmation to the customer. Delivery is carried out only after payment confirmation.
You can order flowers for same-day delivery, but we recommend that you place your order in advance (2–3 days ahead). This will allow us to fulfill your order without rushing and taking into account all the details and requirements of floristry. It is advisable to order exotic and out-of-season flowers no later than a week in advance.
The delivery date and time are chosen by the customer and specified when placing the order. We accept orders 24/7, including holidays.

Riga (Green Zone)
0 Euros* – for orders over 45 Euros (If you cannot provide an exact delivery address, delivery to the specified address will cost 5 Euros)
5 Euros – for orders up to 45 Euros
Red Zone – 10 Euros
Blue Zone – 15 Euros
Purple Zone – 20 Euros
Rest of Latvia – 35 Euros
Delivery on holidays (February 14, March 8, New Year’s Day) is carried out according to a separate pricing plan, which is displayed on the order form. The delivery price on holidays is calculated individually based on the florist’s, courier’s, and traffic conditions.
Express flower delivery in Riga
Express delivery will take two to three hours from the moment the order is paid for. If the order is paid for in cash to the courier, the urgent delivery time begins from the moment the order is confirmed. This service applies to items purchased on the day of the order. Urgent delivery price – €10
We do not offer expedited delivery on Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Day, and March 8.
Delivery in Latvia
In the event that an order is fulfilled outside the Riga city limits, we cannot guarantee “on-time” delivery. We consider the time specified in the order to be the customer’s preferred delivery time. When fulfilling an order, we make every effort to meet the desired delivery time. However, since these are more distant areas, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed; but we can definitely guarantee delivery on your chosen day by 10:00 PM. Personalized Customer Service

Scheduled delivery
You can order flower delivery at a specific time in 10-minute intervals. When providing this service, the courier will aim to arrive at the specified time. The delivery time may vary by a maximum of 30 minutes, either earlier or later. The service costs 10 euros.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery is available from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The service costs 20 euros. If a night delivery is requested on the same night, such an order may be canceled or rescheduled for a different time. To ensure guaranteed delivery during the night, please order this service in advance.
Delivery without a recipient’s address — it’s a reality!
If you do not know the full and exact delivery address, you can select the option “I don’t know the exact delivery address” when placing your order. We will contact the recipient to confirm their city and full address, as well as arrange a convenient delivery date and time. The service fee is 15 euros. The service includes delivery costs to any populated area, but not exceeding 15 euros. If the recipient provides an address with a delivery cost exceeding 15 euros, we will contact you to collect the additional fee. If delivery outside the Riga city limits has been paid for, but the recipient is located in Riga, the delivery fee will be compensated with a complimentary gift from the company at the company’s discretion (candy, a balloon, additional flowers). The payment for this service is non-refundable!
After confirming the delivery address with the recipient, there are instances when we are unable to contact the customer. In such cases, the bouquet is created for the minimum amount required to cover the delivery costs to the recipient’s specified delivery address.
Anonymous Delivery
For those who love surprises, we offer the following service: free anonymous flower delivery in Riga. When ordering this service, you can be sure that the recipient will not know your name until the moment of delivery, unless you choose to include it on the card yourself. You can order this service by checking the box in the “Additional Conditions” section. The service is free of charge.
With every delivery, we verify whether the recipient is present. We say, “You have a gift,” and confirm whether they are at the specified address. But we do not reveal who the gift is from.
Your data is used only at the time of payment and is not shared with the recipient.
Delivery to work, home, hospital, or hotel
We deliver to the address specified by the Customer, directly to the recipient or to their work address. At a hotel, we deliver flowers to the room number specified by the Customer. If you have forgotten the hotel room number but know the hotel name, we will leave your order at the front desk in the recipient’s name or ask for their room number and deliver the bouquet directly to them. If the delivery is to a hospital, the courier may leave the flowers at the front desk, arranging for them to be delivered to the recipient’s room. This service is free of charge.
Photo taken at the moment of delivery
We take a photo of the recipient at the time of delivery. This photo is sent to the customer via email to the address provided during the order process. We can only guarantee this service on our part. We are not responsible if you provided an incorrect email address when placing the order. We are also not responsible for any possible delays in email delivery or for your email system rejecting the message. This photo is also automatically processed—the recipient’s face is blurred, and the photo is added to our portfolio.
Service delivery may be restricted or canceled in the following cases: during nighttime hours, the recipient’s refusal to accept the photo, lack of an Internet signal or a restriction on the courier’s phone (in which case the photo-sending function cannot be performed), or a malfunction of the phone or operating system. The service is free of charge and is offered solely to delight you with a photo.
Order Fulfillment Report
We will send you an order fulfillment report via SMS, as well as to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive notifications when we have accepted your order, when the order has been handed over to the courier for delivery, and when the courier delivers it to the recipient. If a photo was taken, you will receive a separate notification with the photo.
We are not responsible if you entered an incorrect email address when placing your order. We are also not responsible for any possible delays in email delivery or for your email system rejecting our messages. This photo is also automatically processed—the recipient’s face is blurred, and the photo is posted in our portfolio.
Waiting for the Recipient and Changing the Delivery Address
Attention! The courier will wait at the delivery location for 15 minutes. If the recipient is not present, the courier has the right to hand over the bouquet to anyone else who is in the apartment where the recipient was supposed to be. If the order cannot be delivered to the specified address (the recipient or another person authorized to receive the order is not present), the courier will deliver it to the company’s office at Artilērijas iela 25, Riga, LV-1011, where the recipient can pick up their gift in person. If the customer wishes to have the order redelivered to the specified delivery address or any other address, they must pay the full delivery fee again.
